Hi Sydney! Your videos have found me at the right time in my life where I have been struggling with a breakup with someone I still want and love, so I decided to take an emotional risk and called him after 10 months of no contact (because I was affected by all the bs on TikTok and your videos have been an eye opener) it went very smoothly and it was very warm and relaxing. He didn’t follow through after the call so I decided to take another emotional risk but this time through text and it was once again very warm and pleasant and we even made plans to meet up based on my suggestion but then I was the last to send a text and he didn’t follow through once again and it’s been a day. Now I know that’s not enough time to judge but I think I’m dealing with inconsistent behavior and I know he’s someone very much capable of love and relationship and very emotionality mature. I don’t think I have much emotional risks left in me and I’m trying so hard not to analyze his side because that’s not my main focus and none of my business (from what I’ve learned from you) and I’m trying so hard not to let my anxiety get the best of me and spiral and have cologne like you also taught us but it’s so hard. Please let me know what my next step should be.
