Ingredients: ・Chicken: 300g ・Onion: 1 ・Carrot: ½ ・Potatoes: 2 ・Shimeji mushrooms: 1 pack ・Water: 500ml ・Salt and pepper: a little ・Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp ・Milk: 100ml ・Worcestershire sauce: a little ・Cream stew roux: 90g ・Cooked rice Instructions: ① Cut the onion into thick slices. ② Cut the potatoes and carrot into bite-sized chunks. ③ Cut off the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. ④ Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. ⑤ Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then stir-fry until the color changes. ⑥ Add the vegetables and stir-fry until coated with oil. ⑦ Add the water, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. ⑧ Turn off the heat and dissolve the roux. ⑨ Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. ⑩ Add the milk and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for another 5 minutes. ⑪ Serve over rice.
