I had similar hallucinations about my baby sibling as a child. They’re the person I care most about in the world but literally two decades on I can’t forget about those visions and feeling the fear I’d do some to ing. On the plus side one of my happiest auditory hallucon is their laughter from when they were like four or five years old. It sounds exactly like they’re next to me as a child again and sometimes I look for them but when I realise it’s just a hallucination it makes me so happy to have gotten to hear it again.

Ok this is probably gonna sound inconsiderate and I am so sorry that this happened to you. I believe I developed hppd due to a deliriant, it’s gone for the most part now but when I first noticed it, that day was horrible I saw halls shrink, I “saw” rain start falling in a completely inclosed classroom, I saw a shadow person standing in my room in a mirror, and I even saw arms with long fingers reach out and try to grab me. It was absolutely horrifying to the point where I almost just broke down in my room because of it and I could never imagine having to dealing with it constantly like people like you do

I woke up yesterday morning and thought my arm was broken even though it was completely fine, screaming and crying, bad time for my mom to be on holiday. also due to the heatwave I've been struggling with my medication because I can't regulate my heat properly on it. lots of love man love your content x
