What you do every single day is extraordinary. Even in this video, the day still looks calm. With a small child, it’s not like that. Don’t try to prove to people how much work you do. I did that, and it led me to anxiety. Let it go. You work day and night , don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

Thank you for sharing this. I needed to see this today. Its one of my really bad days, where guilt and depression is kicking hard. Guilt because im overwhelmed and not happy to just be a mom and depression because i used to have a career friends and interests and now my days look exactly like this video, like exactly, even tje hours on point. I know it makes no difference but it feels good somehow to know im not the only one, motherhood is isolating, its repetetive to a point that it can even get boring or depressing at the same time its so hard tjat you barely have time for yourself i can barely eat my food in peace or sit down and not do anytjing. I pray we all make the best out of tjese years, try to enjoy it but also dont lose ourselves and take care of our bodies and minds
