@nbcchicago: The Dallas Police Department released video of an incident involving a man detained during a traffic stop. Officers noticed the suspect had managed to remove his own handcuffs as he attempted to escape through the back-seat door. When the driving officer exited the car, the detained man -- identified as 37-year-old Stacey Huffman -- jumped into the driver's seat and gained control of the patrol car. From the back seat, an officer used a Taser to force him to stop until control of the vehicle was regained.
