how do you know it was a repo? could've been a non driving vehicle that was being towed into the automotive repair facility that it was parked outside of. thats how you get non driving cars inside to be repaired

The vehicle is at the shop. The tow truck has the shops name on the side. The only place that vehicle is going is to the bay to get working on. If it’s on the back of the tow truck means it’s inop and cannot be driven into the bay.
