Usually when this happes I ask them to message the VP or whoever is the highest position. If its really urgent, they will message the VP. So far no one sent a message to a VP or a director hahahaha

I work in a data center. someone cut a critical infrastructure fiber and inadvertently shut down the entire buildings internet and infrastructure. this was me when everyone kept calling me in the 7 1/2 hours it took to make a work around lol
