the beef shouldn't be cooked long in the broth. hot broth. hot pot beef should be an addition after the cooking. the heat of the soup cooks it in second and it won't absorb all the salt.

The noodles are better when you follow the instructions on the bag. I love these noodles because you can do whatever you want with them and it's only made with 2 ingredients.

my goodness no wonder that broth tastes amazing. after water the top 3 ingredients at are meat concentrate and two types of fat. you're definitely getting what you pay for. shoot I might just drink this by itself 😅

The beef shouldn’t have been salty. I bet it absorbed a lot of the sodium from the broth. If the broth is too salty put a potato in there to absorb the salt.
