So disappointing to hear the 999 call where the operator isn’t in control of the call by asking clean clear direct questions. Promptly. Just felt too long winded to ascertain the details. When where exactly ie house number as he said he just pulled up at home, but then says he doesn’t know the number. That’s a red flag, Is there any children and how many involved, any injuries. Took far to long to ascertain that there were injuries requiring medical attention. Not wanting to speak to the alleged victim but prepared to take the details 3rd hand. How is he being restrained?. I appreciate the job is hard but this is not reporting a crime as a conversation over crime stoppers . This is 999. Precise details are imperative for prompt despatch of officers.
