@sarahs_diaryy: Endometriosis & PMOS has no face and honestly awareness for a condition people can’t see is hard people look at you and think you’re fine because you look fine. It’s the woman showing up to work in pain. The one cancelling plans last minute. The one being called “dramatic”... when she’s actually dealing with a chronic condition. These girlies are all around you. Too many women have been told that severe period pain is “just part of being a woman.” It isn’t‼️‼️ If your menstrual cycle is disrupting your ability to work, study, sleep, move, or enjoy your life, it’s worth having a conversation with your doctor. I want every woman struggling with endometriosis or chronic illness to look at me and know that their life, their femininity, their beauty, and their dreams do not end or be put on pause because they are in pain. Even in the middle of the hardest seasons of my life, my dreams are still allowed to find me. So to all my endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis and chronic illness girlies, keep fighting. good things are on the way for all of us.
