Assembling Mousse Cake: 7. Place a layer of cocoa cake at the bottom of a mousse mold. 8. Pour in half of the mousse mixture and refrigerate until set,about 1-2 hours. 9. Once firm,place another layer of cake on top and pour in the remaining mousse. 10. Refrigerate again until fully set,another 1-2 hours. Making Glaze: 11. For the glaze,heat the heavy cream with dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. 12. Pour it over the mousse cake and refrigerate until the glaze is set,about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serving: 13. Once firm,carefully remove the cake from the mold. 14. Use a heated knife to slice it into six equal portions. 15. Decorate the top with crushed hazelnuts. Enjoy: 16.
