In my small town, we had an old grumpy man who owned a big business in town. He never publicly admitted it but every year, there would be a group of kids who couldn't afford to play summer sports. He paid the rec to let them play and bought their equipment. He changed a lot of kids lives and they never knew it was him 🥹

The Detroit tigers work a lot with the Miracle League of Michigan, maybe they can extend to the teams in Ypsilanti too

Upon further investigation and showing my parents this video, my mom is incredibly grateful you are getting this out for the world to see, one of her very close friends who passed away in April used to run the Ypsi Little League and it’s amazing that it’s still running

I live in Ypsilanti and would love to help out with clean up or whatever needs to be done. It’s sad that the ball fields have been destroyed. People need to find better things to do.

Hi, I live in Michigan near Ypsilanti. Thank you for doing this. 😭 Ypsilanti has been hit HARD by financial cuts. They have always struggled, but it has gotten so much harder to just survive. 💔 I don't have much connections but will try to reach out where I can.
