also the scraping of metal in metal hurts my soul. I really enjoy mine but it would never make it into a cafe. love their scale though!

I stop using a sifter once I saw a bunch of Japanese cafe on TT not using a sifter when making matcha. They just dump the measurement in a bowl and whisk away 😂
