I have to say the bike helped me so much ! The first day which was 3 weeks PO , I ended up attending a Friends wedding that evening ! I’m now 12 weeks ✅

im 1 day post op and doing great luckily, even tough I chose no narcotics besides what was given in the hospital. I apparently am going great according to my PT person but I also have hEDS. (This means narcotics and opiods affect my body differently) im already looking forward to my other hips surgery in 4-6 months. I was so excited b4 this current one and still am. I was in so much pain before but the pain im in post surgery is way less than before.
