funny story...For me doctors are super heroes...but on one occasion I told my symptoms to a sixth year medical student and she could not really diagnose to convince me enough that she was taking her studies seriously...long story short I met another super hero doctor that told me medicine is a very wide field and normally they are not fortune tellers...I rested 😁😁😁

I could not agree more with you! You can be the most talented, hardworking person in the room but if you can’t articulate the impact of what you do, a lot of that hard work ends up flying under the radar. In my line of work for example, learning to communicate your value isn't about bragging, it’s about translating your effort into a language that managers, clients and colleagues actually understand. When you can clearly explain why your work matters, people trust your expertise and your judgment. Doors open more often to those who can demonstrate their worth. I also find that when you know how to communicate your value, you can set better boundaries. Well said! 👍
