I'm going to explain it the African way so please dont come for me😁 1. The boy is the woman's son, and the girl is the woman's little sister 2. This technically makes the little girl the boy's aunt 3. However, because the aunt is younger than her nephew, she calls him "brother" to match their age dynamic. So yeah that's it🤷🏽♀️😁

the mom and sister shares the same mother, the younger sister's dad impregnate the mom which made her have a son. Therefore the son called her his aunt because him mom and her shares the same mother, and the sister called him brother because she shares the same dad with him. Hope this helps☺️
