I didn’t know what my future looked like, and some days I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it through. Today, I’m over 100 pounds down. Yes, I used a GLP-1, but it wasn’t a magic shot. I still had to do the work. I still had to choose myself over and over again. Somewhere between the workouts, the tears, the prayers, and the hard days, I found myself again.
