I tried to read a couple of wfa comics but couldn’t get into it because how cringe it was. I personally don’t like seeing Batman as a goofball ditz like the way wfa makes him out to be. Like I get it, it’s mostly for kids but then seeing people read these comics and getting confused on how Bruce is portrayed as intense and complicated character in the cannon main universe it sorta turns people away from reading actual comics and they just prefer reading fanfiction that gives Batman the wfa personality

valid criticism and it is a problem in the sense of people hlacting like this and their fanfiction head cannons are just cannon but on the other hand... I'm just so happy to see them all together and happy finally :(

its pretty goof fanfic and its endorsed by dc so in a way it is an au that exists and has its own cannon has “cannon” in dc really means whatever universe they are using cause people who enjoy the orginal batman animated series could argue jason todd isn’t cannon because in the og animated series they skiped over jason and just added tim instead or technically in the absolute universe batman is poor it is really just an Au with its own cannon and hating on it is really childish and overall very dude bro bullshit to me its a cute comic to read if you like slice of life stuff

I'm not a big fan of DC and I know WFA is completely non-canon, but I enjoy reading it because of my favorite trope - found family, so maybe that's why I understand those who don't like WFA, but I will always love it.

it was the end of conception of families for me, actully. I hate the whole conception of families actully. It s just about earning money and making more and more chars. WFA is the main example I think. To be honest, including Duke was example too We don't get characters — we get new adding to family. And it s awful. and young justice is a bad series
