mine was going 150-160 by STANDING UP and going DOWN THE STAIRS. got my results back today “no further action needed, normal” are you joking? thats not normal. so im gonna request another appointment with my gp to talk about it

yeah that looks like svt. I also have it and it is a sudden trigger like that and then it'll just stop or I have to squat down and hold my breath and it stops. only time I every recorded it I was at 235 bpm on a stress test. it sucks

SVT. That was a quick drop down which is what SVT does! I had it as well and it would go over 200bpm. Had an ablation and haven’t had it since!

I have SVT and it gets triggered by certain movements and i get it back into sinus rhythm by doing a vagal maneuver. Its usually over 180 when its triggered…

They should have you wear the monitor for longer than 24 hours, sometimes they can do a week. You should ask about that.

Mine just flips between 60 and 120 but it doesn’t change fast enough. I could squat down and then wait 30 seconds and stand up and I have to get back down cause I nearly pass out

204 was my highest doing a SLOW walk through Walmart for groceries. I have SVT and POTS (didn’t know then) and was on imipramine for depression, which made my heart problems worse. Was absolutely terrifying and the ER said “oh it’s anxiety”

svt 100 percent from a fellow svt girly 🥰 took me to be at 150+for 4 hours, hit 203bpm in hospital and cardioverted before they diagnosed me 😅

Get a Kardia device and record them. You send them for report straight away to a specialist from the app and you get a diagnosis. Mine goes even over 230. I have SVTs and PACs

Request to have a holter monitor for a week. You definitely have some sort of issue. How do you feel when the heart rate gets that high?

have you actually checked manually (with your fingers on your pulse) tho? maybe it's too tight or too loose and giving a false reading? I know in it you said you can "feel it" but I can feel my heart racing at only 70bpm lol. so you'd actually have to check to know for sure
