other issue here, is that if there's light (nepa or gen) the inverter load ll not work or else the inverter itself have a bypass mood to enable to inverter sdye of ur DB to hve light.

Nice explanation, though it's always better and safer to have a separate dedicated circuit breaker for the inverter output and the grid input on the DB.
