I’m desperate, I had a muscle tear in my neck when I was 11 or 12 and it healed crooked, I’m assuming since my muscles on the right side of my neck are significantly shorter compared to the left side of my neck I need to somehow slowly stretch those muscles over time but I don’t really know how to do so and safely and if that’s even really the right answer. I’ve tried seeking professional help but it hasn’t really helped much beyond some relief for a few days before my asymmetry eventually causes that same tension again. I can force my shoulders to align which does help a little because my left shoulder isn’t weighing my left side down but my neck stays the same.
