im allergic to cows milk, and this happened to me once and when i asked the barista if she put whole milk in my coffee she went “my bad girl, i lost the oatmilk container” and i had a reaction right infront of her 🥀

when a barista offered me a free coffee (on her) bc i was a nice regular and broke at the time and she asked me if I wanted my usual and i said yes (i get it with oatmilk) then she handed it to me and i drank it. but when it tasted off i thought "why would i complain about the taste of a free coffee, its probably fine" . 3 hours later 😭

Psa for the opposite though: if you want 'whole milk' just say milk. Over the headset it sounds like 'oat milk'. If it's a latte, don't say anything because it already comes with milk, I'm not gonna randomly give you almond milk

I had no idea sprinkles weren’t vegan, or that our jam filling wasn’t vegan, so I’d reassure everyone vegan it was safe and delicious 😭 like I thought sprinkles were just sugar, and fruit filling was just fruit and syrup, I guess that one’s more obvious because of gelatin. But why would RASPBERRY jelly be safe, and strawberry isn’t?? 😭
