What’s the pull out thing in the end of the handle for? I bought it and realized it had a button, pulled out the hanging hook part and can’t figure out what it’s for. I even pulled the packaging back out of the trash to see what it was for but didn’t see anything about it on there.

I had a client try to tell me her new bidet toilet rules said that it can only be cleaned with a silicone brush… I warned her with me using just that; that there will eventually be a hard water build up at the bottom because the toilet brush simply does not reach that outflow spot on the bottom…. But also… since when is this a new rule??? I don’t agree with it.
