@your_favorite_contractor: Here's a great pro tip on how to do your caulking quickly and efficiently. I've seen other guys use this trick where they just run the caulking along the trim and just follow it up with a sponge immediately so I figured I'd give it a try. Seem to work out pretty good but in those small spaces you're definitely going to want to go back and see how it works. Make sure you clean it up pretty good. What are you guys think of this trick?
