@jerilynguerrero: art on the menu for @Gary Baseman Off The Menu exhibit at Johnie’s Coffee Shop 🍔 checked out this FREE exhibit next to the academy museum. what a fun idea for a series! it features over 40 original drawings on menus of different restaurants around LA. love that it comes with a free lil ticket too (for my junk journal~ 🙃)! fun to see all the details and characters in the scenes up close and tried to see which restaurants I’ve been to. a few~ but a lot more I still need to try. left inspired to 1) draw more (always a good takeaway) 2) get a burger (and did so) I think it runs through til June 14 if you’re around! (the diner was also used as a filming location a lot and I looked at a list and was most amused by it being in sean kingston’s ‘beautiful girls’ MV so there’s that too lol) #artistdate #theartistsway #thingstodoinla #losangeles
