So you’re agnostic who finds comfort in Islam is pretty much what you’re describing. Agnostic Muslim is impossible as it’s an oxymoron. To be a Muslim you have to believe in God and the prophet, to be agnostic you have to be uncertain about the existence of God. A person cannot be both.

It might be because it reminds you of childhood? Because I have similar experiences I used to be orthodox Christian and I still like the hymns etc. as it reminds me of my younger self and the community it had. Idk
