One time at my job someone was talking quietly about what they were talking about cause it was in the shop and the shop workers were grinding on shiiii and the older guy couldn’t hear and the meeting leader was saying like “you wanna give the meeting?”

During any safety meetings or monthly site safety meetings it’s time to shut up and listen ..’ 🤪 as a CSo I wouldn’t do what he did though I’d just talk to him later on not in a bad way but just hey there’s a time & place to talk for sure but when we have huge site safety meetings please just pay attention.. because if you miss something or didn’t hear what is being discussed then you can get hurt or hurt someone else or worse ..’ that’s what I would do not get in your circle..’ no just do you meeting but have a talk with the dude after that’s it ..’ if he still the same then talk to his supervisor..’ easy .’ If you are his supervisor then let your supervisor know of the situation..’ 💀
