Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread .. Soft, moist, and packed with rich peanut butter flavor, this banana bread is finished with a beautiful chocolate marble swirl that looks as good as it tastes. Ingredients: • 3 ripe bananas (about 360g peeled) • 1 cup (250g) natural peanut butter • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tsp baking powder • 60g (⅓ cup) dark chocolate, melted Preparation: 1. Mash the bananas until mostly smooth. 2. Add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and baking powder. 3. Mix until a smooth batter forms. 4. Transfer the batter to a loaf pan and spread evenly. 5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top. 6. Use a toothpick to create a chocolate marble swirl. 7. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden and set. 8.
