Sheet Pan Crunchwraps These sheet pan crunchwraps are loaded with seasoned beef, melty cheese, crunchy tostadas, and fresh toppings. All baked together for the easiest way to a quick weeknight dinner. Ingredients 7–8 burrito-size tortillas 1 lb ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning ¼ cup water 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese 6 tostada shells 1 jar cheese sauce 1 cup shredded lettuce 1 tomato, diced 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp butter, melted Creamy Taco Dip ⅓ cup mayo ⅓ cup sour cream 1 tsp taco seasoning (can add more) 2 tbsp mild taco sauce (I used Taco Bell-style) Instructions 1. Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Stir and simmer until thickened. 2. Prep the pan
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13 sheet pan. 3. Layer the base
Arrange 6 burrito tortillas around the pan, overlapping and hanging slightly over the edges to fully cover the bottom. 4. Build the crunchwrap * Add taco meat in an even layer * Drizzle cheese sauce over the top * Place tostada shells evenly across * Spread sour cream * Sprinkle lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese 5. Seal it up
Place 1–2 tortillas in the center, then fold the overhanging tortillas inward to fully enclose everything. 6. Bake
Brush the top with melted butter. Place another sheet pan on top to press it down. * Bake for 15 minutes * Remove the top sheet pan and bake another 10–15 minutes, until golden and crispy 7. Serve
Let cool slightly, then cut into 6 crunchwraps. Make the Dip In a small bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, taco seasoning, and mild sauce until smooth. Serve alongside for dipping! ✨ Tip: Add jalapeños, avocado, or swap in shredded chicken to switch it up! #EasyRecipe #tacotuesday #DinnerIdeas #mexicanfood #easydinner
