Spray with oil, season with salt, wrap in foil and air fry at 180°C for 55 mins. Unwrap and cook at 200°C for 10 mins until crispy. 🍤 Prawns • 300g king prawns, butterflied • Garlic pepper • Sea salt • Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning • Dried parsley • Olive oil spray • 1 knob garlic butter While the potato cooks, season the prawns and fry until pink. Add garlic butter and baste for 1 min. Remove the prawns, keeping the buttery juices in the pan. 🧄 Sauce • 1 knob garlic butter • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped • 240ml double cream • 1 tsp chicken stock powder • ½ tsp garlic pepper • ¼ tsp garlic granules • Pinch of salt • 1 tsp cream cheese • 2 tbsp mozzarella Cook the garlic in butter until golden. Add everything except the mozzarella and simmer until slightly thickened. Stir through the mozzarella at the end. To finish, cut open the potato, add garlic butter, salt, pepper and mozzarella and mash together until melted.
