With my first I started spacing out my pumps, it did help but there was sooo many times I felt so heavy and it hurt not going to lie. With my second (I am too producing way more) I was going to try cabbage leaves. I had some coworkers swear by this method

Sudafed every 4 hrs, spearmint and peppermint tea twice daily and sunflower lechtin capsules for a week! This worked for me and I am officially done as of last week! You got this!

I feel this! My little one is turning 11 months in 2 days. He never really took bottles for me, but I’m trying to pump and give it to him so that I can start weaning soon 🥲 I’m exhausted and he comfort nurses often and throughout the night still !

My son will be 2 in august and I haven’t bf him since he was 10 months. & I still wear my nursing bras 🫠 I feel like I can not find the right bra that’s actually comfortable or fits right. My boobs are saggy and just not what they use to be 😭

I didn’t get to do the breastfeeding experience, but when you’re ready to fully stop, you can put cold or frozen cabbage on the girls. My milk dried up in a day or two tops.

Hey, I'm sorry, I hope everything goes well for you mentally and physically in the end! 💖 try putting cabbage leaves on your breasts, I was like that when I stopped breastfeeding and everything was ok! also, my 6 month old son eats every 3 hours like a newborn 🫣 I hope we start for a longer time also! 🙏

Overproducer also have been trying to wean since march and still have to pump 3 times a day for at least 25 minutes. I feel like it’ll never end!
