It's my birthday, and seeing this stirred something in me. Maybe one day, when life is a little kinder and I'm finally stable enough, I'll pursue the dream I had to set aside. Until then, I'll keep moving forward with gratitude for the course I took and the degree I earned. Tomorrow is my oath-taking, and I'm truly thankful for how far I've come. But I guess it's okay to grieve the dreams that didn't happen, even as you celebrate the ones that did.

Why another life? You're still in this one. I know it might feel difficult right now, but dreams don't have expiration dates. I'm working toward becoming a vet too, and I've learned that every small step counts. Don't give up on something you're passionate about , you never know where life might take you 🫶🏼.

i used to be a veterinary student for three years. it was challenging, but it was one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life. things didn't go the way i planned, and after my eighth failed attempt, everything changed. today, i'm an animal science student. i've accepted where i am, and i'm genuinely happy with this new path. maybe this isn't the end of my dream, just a different route. hopefully, when life is a little kinder, i'll finally have "dvm" after my name. 🤍

Girl sit down and make it a reality! I'll take my advanced chem in a year... I've never learnt chemistry before and school is over, I'll work a year so I can afford a tutor. Let's make it happen!!!
