contact the bank first, since the money had gone through. check where it go and if it can be recovered. i nearly went thru something similar last week, but with lazada. i used online banking and i approved the transaction via the banking app. it said the transaction was approved but the order was not paid. i check the banking app and the money was not deducted, thankfully. i waited a few hours, the money still not deducted and the order still not paid, so i paid again and it went thru. the order was finally paid. i remember the transaction page was different. the first order had an unfamiliar interface before it redirected me to the banking app. i think it flagged it directly. I'm so thankfully i didn't lose money.
