@brandonod18: If you don’t feel hip thrusts in your glutes these technique changes will help you out⬇️ ✅Setup: feet in front of you arms length from the bench ✅Knees: forming a 90° angle ✅Hips: tucked under you at the top ✅Full control all the way up and down ❌Feet too close = more quads ❌Feet too far = more hamstrings ❌Stop overextending at the top ❌Don’t thrust like you’re humping the sky This lift is great for building bigger glutes but a few shifts in your setup can make or break where you’ll feel it.
