filter should be at end of hose connected to rv cause u want to filter what comes out of the hose. u don't want to drink out of a hose correct? so why filter then push it threw a hose.

your filter and pressure regulator should be at the RV not On the Spicket. it will get better regulated in your RV this way… plus the filter, cleans out any containers in your hose
