This was before I knew what I know now and before I knew Jesus the way I do now. But I didn’t drag him through court. I didn’t go after his retirement. I actually lowered the child support from what the judge granted. So this isn’t judgment. It’s reflection. Marriage will expose your pride, selfishness, wounds, and expectations. I paid my ex one cash payment. It was a big check. And 1500 a month in child support. Joint custody. She ran out and married a drunk. Ultimately kids asked to live with me full time. She pissed away all the cash, child support went away when they went with me full time. She sat around and watched real housewives and drank. Now she’s broke, lives in a one bedroom apt and her kids won’t even talk to her.
