@aisha_ruth_kasolo: Sad true story of a stepson who backstabbed her step mother who welcomed her in her home with open hands and did what ever is possible to ensure he has a bright future! It's teaches us as we do our kindness and open up our homes some peopple are dangerous#satanickids#livingingrace#whenGodfights4u#

I summed this up some time back. Anger. Don't bring them to your home coz removing them from an environment they naturally belong in attacks their roots & dignity & turns into anger. If parents' neglect or misfortune landed them there, they misdirect that anger to you instead of their parents or the misfortune. Culture shock too...from povery to all this breeds anger. Comparison with your own kids brings anger. Feelings that they owe you breeds anger. Feleng like a charity case at the dining table, anger. Knowing that outsiders are aware of his charitable case, anger. And anger leads to bitterness... to jealousy, etc. To avoid all this, help them in their homes. Without therapy, mentoring or high emotional intelligence they almost always bleed and stay in their bleed for life. Don't bring them home. It's called the Heathcliff syndrome.Btw, EI is very scarce is stressed people.
