No matter how I adjust my MSI monitor settings, I still have the same problem as you. My monitor has a 240Hz refresh rate, but I have a problem with my eyes, so I can only use 120Hz 😭

U should raise ur chair height so ur arms arent at like a 45 degree angle and u can force urself to arm aim more
