This happened to me. I had a panic attack in the back of the car too while drunk. The cuffs were too tight and I have cptsd. It happens. I got charged with felony against a peace officer tho 😭 I didn’t spit at all but when I had my panic attack I guess I kicked the officer on the chest when I threw myself back on the back seat as they tried to get me out. 😭
