I’ve worked at Wendy’s and I had a deaf customer 😭😭and I always took her order. She would write her order on her phone just like this. She was my favorite customer she was so sweet! I’m so sorry this happened to you.

Ignoring a Deaf customer at a drive-thru is not a good idea and creates a poor customer experience. Instead, it is best to be patient, utilize visual communication, and accept alternative ordering methods.
