@drdavidmorris: Could a common supplement be affecting your nerves? Many people take supplements to support their health, but few realize that certain nutrients can influence how others are absorbed and utilized by the body. When nutrient balance is disrupted over time, it may contribute to symptoms that are often mistaken for unrelated health concerns. Understanding how minerals interact is an important part of long-term wellness, nerve health, and functional medicine. Sometimes the answer isn't taking more. It's making sure everything is working together properly. ⚠️ Educational content only. Not medical advice. just a question, is that why (or one of the reasons why) they removed copper from most things?

Because of your video, I checked my diet and found that although I’m getting plenty of zinc, I’m not getting much copper. So I’ve ordered a copper supplement (with 2mg per pill). I’m hoping that this will resolve the issues I have, all of which are on a list of copper deficiency symptoms. Thank you for sharing your expertise!
