If I just decide I am the version who has it. And then almost totally forget about it. Never doubting it. But not actively trying to visualise or feel what it’s like to have it. Is that detaching too much. Like I know my phones in my pocket. I’m not gonna visualise/technique my way into feeling like I have it. Idk if that’s a bit too extreme of detachment. And if identity is what manifest, do emotions actually even help speed it up or is speed determined by our conviction in our identity and not waivering
