If I could go back in time …What I would do to hear “Look mommy” one more time 🙂. I would get eye level and say “Thank you & what can mommy make with this that he thinks he & dad & mom & family would like before asking my little helper to put it back on the shelf. They grow up so fast.

Please don’t lock the lid while you’re operating the crockpot. It could be dangerous. That is just for transporting when not in use.

The instructions that came with my crockpot, say only to lock the lid for travel. Pressure can build up and cause fire or breakage.
