i used to have a HUGE problem with waking up in the morning for work then i bought a pavlok watch litterally changed my life. no matter how tired i am it atleast shocks me awake.

always set multiple alarms. the earlier ones are to begin the wake up process but i'm able to doze in and out but im aware i will need to get up soon. then theoretically you get up on the alarm for whatever time you want to get up and get around. the later ones are precaution if i doze off too hard or something. eventually ill get annoyed enough to get up with that many set for later

for the “it’s bad for your sleep cycle” people a TIP: set your alarm for every twenty minutes. 20 is a perfect “power nap” it keeps you in your lightest sleep stages so you’re not re-entering REM sleep

setting multiple alarms is the reason you can’t get up after the first one. your body knows to go back to sleep instead of getting up. instead, you need to train yourself to get up right away when your alarm goes off instead of snoozing or sleeping through six different alarms
