So today I was racially profiled by a white officer from the @yubacountysheriff office. She falsely accused me of stealing from the road workers truck. When I was never by the workers truck. I did park my bike by their dump trailer to grab something I dropped on the road. Then I walked back to my bike and picked up my phone that fell too. As I was picking it up. The sheriff was driving but slowed up to profile me. Which I felt then was an opportunity to ask if I needed help since I am picking up my stuff from out of the streets and her job is to protect and serve. But she proceeded to drive off and I picked up my phone then headed towards my house. I'm getting closer to my house and she pulls me over hope out of her service vehicle and starts putting on gloves saying let me pat you down because you just stole something from their truck. So I told her she is not going to pat me down because I didn't steal anything. Then she asked me if I was on probation or parole and I said heck no. So now she wants my id and I said no because I haven't committed a crime. She asked for my name and I said no because I haven't committed a crime. Now she starts saying the workers flagged her down and said I stole from the truck but previously she said she saw me stealing from the truck. Then I started recording after calling my wife to witness them unlawful detaining me. The sheriff backup pulls up. We told the sheriff to have the people who are accusing me of stealing to come and verify that I stole from them. The sheriff drove over to them and after 5 minutes of waiting for the sheriff to come back but never did. The sheriff told her backup that was detaining me. I was free to go because she lied and was shamed. She thought she had her one. Trying to lock a black man up because she's racist. She thought I was dumb and didn't know my rights. CHECK MATE RACIST. Also I spoke with the workers afterwards and they said they didn't know anything happened until the sheriff told them to check their truck to see if anything was missing.
