In Canada if you order an iced coffee and don’t specify you want it black, it automatically comes with cream and sugar.

as someone sho worked at Tim's.. ive never been asked by someone to make an iced coffee with 1 cream 1 sugar..did you specify for no cream/vanilla base which they start an iced coffee with? Communication clearly sucked with the staff tho lol..they could be very clear in asking you when trying to understand what you want..

I work at Tim Hortons !! Basically we have a machine for cream and milk, we have a specific button that’s for ice coffee so it mesures the perfect amount of cream, if it’s so heavy, ask for milk but not a lot !!!! I don’t know how you can be so picky, it’s actually 5% cream 2% canne sirop and like 70% coffee and 23% ice.

I used to work there and I can see how this misunderstanding could happen depending on how you ask for your cream. one hot coffee cream and one ice coffee cream are completely different. and iced coffee already has a specific amount of cream determined for each size. everything's automatically done on a machine depending on what button you press. so one iced coffee cream is like five times more cream than a hot coffee
