Allow yourself to have what you crave but in moderation. If you have negative thoughts about food then it will reflect if your habits. Healthy and balanced thoughts will allow you to enjoy all foods while doing what’s healthy for you. Personally I haven’t dealt with BED because I don’t see food as good and bad but instead fuel. Don’t overthink it. A lot of people with food disorders tend to overthink about their body and food negatively. Just let it go, and naturally you will find out you want to eat respectably for your future, not looks. Family, career, friends, personal health etc.
