art doesn't have a gender and you don't have a monopolly in depth just because of your background, anybody can be touched by art and you don't have to necessarily "relate" to it in order to find it beautiful, that's kinda the wounderful thing about music that it can realy get to you no matter what race, gender, class or sexuality you have, for exemple my father is a 55 year old white working class man who now listens to Lana since i introduced her to him, and even tho he might not be what you'd imagen as Lana's typical target audience her art obviously resonates with him in some way, because music and art is in some way the only space where we can be free, or at least we should be
