I understand that plasma part but that doesn’t explain why a goddess that can also get angry would be replaced by a violent war god, that is also a fire/thunder god!!! Odin, Zeus, Indra, Jupiter, etc

This is extremely interesting and, to me, makes a lot of sense. Do you have any books or articles to recommend for diving further?

I’m sorry if if my understanding is lacking, I’m sure it is. But if it was goddess culture, then matriarchal systems, and now mostly patriarchal…..what’s the next devolution of our societies?

which historians claim indoeuropeans watching cows and later migration is the origin of patriarchy?

So.... I am sceptical about the idea that animal agriculture made humans realise men contributed to reproduction. At best, this may have caused *men* to realise - women always would have known. Many circumstances would have existed to learn that only sex leads to babies- women who didnt have sex, no babies. A woman who had sex with only one person once and a baby 9 months later - over time, the evidence would have become clear. Even if humans were bonobo like and having sex like eating, there would be individual circumstances where that didn't happen. At *best*, women may have colluded to ensure men didn't know the truth. At best. But some men must surely have known, especially as they got older and wiser and observed the clan around them. I think a lot more needs to explain the transition. I also don't see how cultural marauders are the explanation, as how did THEY first move from goddess worship? I don't have a useful theory, but these ones still don't ring true enough for me.

Would you be able to provide understanding or advice on something? I’m currently reading a book on the cosmology of a specific ethnic group of my background and within the text you can see the patriarchal framing of the cosmology system and it does seem to make sense considering the fact that it doesn’t acknowledge the fact that women are the creation of life. How would one contest or highlight the bias and inaccuracy of something like this? Also, yes, it was written by a white man. It just doesn’t sit right with me to see women be excluded and cemented through text as insignificant, irrelevant, or not relevant to the understanding of function and existence. The denial is disturbing. Though, I know as a person of this ethnic group and practitioner it is far from true.

This is particularly interesting with the symbolism of the wilderness as the wild woman like Maa Kali, Coatlicue and Artemis/Diana. There’s an awareness of this fierce form of the divine fem, but fear and envy fracture the divine masculine and allow it to be controlled by a narcissistic entity.
