@alexxdagr8: These two kids were my last call after a long day and they made it super easy 💕 They came right up to me and were both so sweet. Neither had collars on but both had microchips. Unfortunately, we made contact with the owner (or family of the owner) and both parties cannot reclaim these babies. Grady is estimated to be around 10yo and has some severe medical issues, likely due to his age. His owner has dementia and was placed in a home and there is no family who can take him in. Maggie’s estimated around 3yo and is heartworm positive. The person she’s chipped to rehomed her years ago and cannot reclaim her and wants us to find her a good home. Although both chips did not help us send these two home, we were still able to make contact and receive information regarding how they may have ended up here.
